Caitie Sanderson is a strategic and people-focused leader who is passionate about building systems and opportunities that create meaningful impact. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Ecosystem and LPG Development at Lithia & Driveway, where she leads cross-functional initiatives connecting customer experience, technology, and operations. Her work focuses on aligning teams, improving performance, and developing programs that support both business outcomes and long-term customer value.

Caitie holds an MBA with a focus in international business from Washington State University. She is also a Chick Evans Scholar and earned her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University.

She is known for her ability to navigate complex environments while bringing people together in a thoughtful and practical way. Caitie values building genuine relationships and creating clarity so teams can move forward with confidence. She is especially passionate about creating opportunities for others, particularly those that may not have been accessible without the right support systems in place.

Caitie is proud to serve on the Maslow Project Ambassador Committee, where she contributes to efforts that support youth and families in the Rogue Valley.

Outside of work, Caitie enjoys traveling, attending live music and sporting events, spending time outdoors, and being with her partner and their pets.
